Thank you for using our application "Hair Style App" (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This App is developed and operated by ZHU GUANGWEN. We highly value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information security. Please carefully read this Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information, especially data containing facial features (face data).

1. Information We Collect

During your use of this App, we may collect the following information:

1.1 Information You Actively Provide:

Photo or image data: When you upload photos to use hair style replacement, style generation, and other functions, we will collect such images for image processing purposes. These photos may contain facial feature information. All image data will be securely transmitted to our servers via HTTPS for processing and associated with your account records.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information:

• Device information: such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, IP address;
• Usage logs: including access time, feature usage records, crash logs, etc.;
• Diagnostic information: used to help improve service stability and performance.

2. Facial Data (Face Data) Collection and Processing

2.1 Collection Content

We do not extract or store face recognition templates, biometric identifiers, or facial key points and other information. We only collect the complete photos containing facial images that you actively upload.

2.2 Purpose of Use

Your uploaded photos are only used to generate virtual hairstyles, hair colors, styles, or background effects through image processing algorithms on our servers. This processing is necessary to provide core functions, and the generated image results will be displayed to you and can be optionally saved to your personal records.

2.3 Third-Party Sharing

We will not share any image information containing face data with third parties, nor will it be used for advertising, identity recognition, or other non-declared purposes.

2.4 Storage Location and Access Rights

Uploaded photos will be stored on servers hosted by Tencent Cloud, with encrypted data transmission and storage processes. Each user's uploaded images and generated records are only associated with their account, and other users or external services cannot access them.

2.5 Retention Period

User uploaded images will be bound to their account and retained long-term until the user actively deletes them in the App. You can manually delete corresponding records in the history page at any time.

3. How Information is Used

The main purpose of collecting information is to improve product and service quality, including but not limited to:

• Providing AI hairstyle simulation, hair color/style/background switching and other image processing functions;
• Improving product performance, diagnosing problems, and enhancing algorithms;
• Responding to user feedback and customer service requests;
• Complying with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

We will not use your information for unauthorized purposes, and we will never sell any of your personal data.

4. Permission Application Description

To ensure the normal operation of core functions, this App may request the following permissions:

Camera / Photo Access Permission	Used for taking photos or selecting local photos to generate hairstyle or style effects
Network Permission	Used for communicating with servers, uploading photos, and obtaining image processing results
Push Notification Permission	Used to send you daily check-in or new content reminders. You can turn off notification permissions in device settings at any time.

All permissions are authorized when the corresponding function is first used, and unauthorized permissions will not be called.

5. Third-Party Service Description

This App may integrate the following third-party services:

• Volcano Engine Image Processing Service: Only used for image style generation of user uploaded photos;
• Tencent Cloud Object Storage: Used to save user generated image records.

We only cooperate with third-party service providers that meet information security and compliance requirements, and follow the principle of minimum necessity when transmitting data.

6. Data Storage and Protection Measures

We have taken reasonable security measures to protect user data:

• Transmission encryption: All data is transmitted through HTTPS/TLS encryption;
• Server security: Multiple mechanisms including access control and encrypted storage;
• Permission control: Only authorized users can access their personal data;
• Data isolation: Each user's data is stored independently to avoid unauthorized access.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we find that we have collected children's personal information without guardian authorization, we will immediately take measures to delete the relevant content.

8. Privacy Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through prominent means in the App, and you can continue using it after the effective date is updated. If you do not agree with the updated content, you can choose to stop using this App.
